We were lucky to catch up with Nate Calima recently and have shared our conversation below.

Nate, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Wisdom and faith, when left uninvested in action, are wasted.

Everything you desire lives beyond your comfort zone—on the other side of fear. Time and again, those reflecting at the end of their lives speak not of failure, but of missed opportunities—moments where fear prevented action.

Confidence and self-worth are not given; they are built. They are forged each time you step into the unknown, each time you challenge yourself to grow. What once felt uncomfortable becomes familiar—and when it does, it is your responsibility to seek a higher level, a greater challenge, a sharper edge.

Growth demands intention. It requires surrounding yourself with individuals who elevate your standards, expand your perspective, and push you beyond limitations. Find those who challenge you. Learn from those ahead of you. Align with a mentor who holds you accountable—not just to your goals, but to your daily discipline.

Because in the end, success is not about knowing more—it’s about acting on what you know.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I serve as Co-Founder and Global Executive Vice President of Infinity One Network LLC, headquartered in North Miami Beach, Florida, United States.

We are pioneering a new category as the first AI-designed, cloud-based, code-driven manufacturer-to-consumer company. Through our strategic partnership with a nearly 50-year-old FDA-inspected, cGMP-compliant manufacturer, we deliver premium products at prices that rival—or undercut—traditional retail.

Our mission is simple: redefine value. With many products starting as low as $14.95 USD, we have challenged the long-standing myth that higher prices equate to higher quality. In reality, inflated costs often reflect excessive marketing spend or inefficient compensation structures—where products are marked up 6x or more.

Infinity One Network LLC (ION) is disrupting the industry by solving the core issues of pricing and distribution, while maintaining a balanced and rewarding compensation model. Through our membership platform and global affiliate program, we empower individuals worldwide to access high-quality products and participate in a more intelligent, scalable way to generate income.

This is not just innovation—it’s a shift in how value is created and shared.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Sales is woven into every aspect of life. At its core, it is the discipline of stepping beyond your comfort zone and asking the right questions to discover genuine interest. Mastery in sales naturally evolves into marketing—where attention begins to compound. Plant enough seeds in fertile ground, and in time, the harvest becomes inevitable. In the early stages, you must create the exposure—until momentum allows marketing to take over.

Networking is a force multiplier. You either develop the skill, or you align with those who have. If your strength lies in technical execution, partner with those who command presence and influence. If you excel in relationships, collaborate with those who bring specialized or creative expertise. The principle remains timeless: your network determines your reach. When individuals of high and ultra-high net worth trust in your vision and capability, opportunity becomes constant.

Sales and networking (article error "are not talents") are cultivated through experience, decisive action, and continuous personal development.

Trends are rooted in problem-solving. The greater the problems you can solve, the greater the value—and cash flow—you create. Identifying and aligning with emerging trends positions your brand at the forefront of attention, relevance, and sustained growth.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I am always open to connecting with individuals—especially those driven by a burning desire to grow, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to be coached.

Urgency in communication is essential. If you reach out with the intent to have a meaningful and productive conversation, and I do not respond within 12 hours, I encourage you to follow up or connect with me on another platform. Persistence and initiative are qualities I respect.

I value every conversation, because a single exchange has the power to alter direction, create opportunity, and redefine timelines.
