Are you reacquiring or did your parents forget to file a report of birth? 1) If you were born in the Philippines to parents who have Pilipino citizenship, then when you were naturalized you had to forfeit your Pilipino citizenship! You simply have to go to the consulate or embassy to reacquire your Pilipino citizenship. 2) If you were born anywhere in the world, if *one* of your parents was a Pilipino citizen at the *time of your birth* then you are a natural born Filipino citizen and natural born citizen of the country that has birthright citizenship. Your parents simply forgot to register you with the Philippines.
